We could still really do with a striker before the deadline. Ornella is just great but we’re asking her to do a lot on her own. The points total to avoid last place is going to be higher this year than previous years.

It's been done hours. Only needed to be announced. It's the same for new contracts that have actually been done for weeks. We just hold back saying stuff for whatever reason

Also Kelly stayed as no one wanted her, Not even PSG despite her agent acting like we held her hostage stopping the move etc. Her agent in in big trouble with Everton if that came out eventually

Think we'll struggle no matter what as we've literally got nothing up top. Unless this new signing is about 6ft and offers a presence in midfield that we're lacking, its just another body isn't it. We need scorers, we need someone to bring others into play to get the team up the pitch.

Guess its a case of just staying in the league this season and re evaluating things at the end of the season.

New signing is a very good attacking young mid. Nominated for been the best young player in europe in a few awards, while winning another. Scored from half way line etc
