Don't think so in the leagueHave they won at Goodison yet?
Usual fare unfortunately, no point caring at this point unless drastic measures are takenThis game is not a very good watch. All the money spent on this team. Do they have lots of players out or something?
Easy gig he has with no scrutiny by the looks of itI don’t know what sorensen has to do to get sacked. He has never been good enough but he seemingly just coasts every season on derby wins and the nature of the WSL being a one relegation spot league.
According to Ring Master our owners have ambition for the women's team but I just don't see it or what their plan isHonestly In work how is he able to keep his job when he is so terrible at it. Have Everton women got any ambition ? They dont score goals and can’t defend as well as conceding more shots at goal than everyone else every match
So you're admitting our owners don't care now? When I suggested that earlier in the season you were saying something to the contrary so I'm confused about what the owners are actually trying to achieveProbably more to do with what he has spent and injuries. contrary to popular belief, he has had nowhere near other teams spend and only Leicester have spent less. Everton have spent hardly a thing. compared to say Liverpool who have spent 1.3million just this Janaury. Spurs spend over a Million this Jan as well
That’s the eventual plan, hence why it looks bare with the seating out in partsSome folk acted like I was saying somthing terrible when I posted that playing in front of an almost empty Goodison wouldn't do the woman any favours. But it's definitely hasn't, It has to be beyond demoralising for them. The owners didn't do this for legit reasons, they did because they couldn't think of anything else to do Goodison in the short-term so thought they'd get some credit for being extra "progressive". If they actually cared about the woman's team and game as a whole then they'd have fixed up Goodison accordingly. They could've easily kepted the Park End as it is and jazzed up the Gwladys, the Bullens Rd and the Goodison Rd into smaller, old school type stands. They'd have ended up with a ten plus K stadium that had room to expand in the future should the demand ever be great enough for it. They aren't interested in that though because they'll sell the stadium/land right from under the woman the second they have a real opportunity to do so.
