Players leaving or staying that have not been said officially was his choice, even before he had talks about job. He's letting players go who he has not even seen play. I don't agree if reason he got job was because he "Saved" Everton from relegation as they were never going down. We were 5 points above bottom at the point of Sorensen's last game. and above Leicester who had not even got a win in any comp all the way from December. We had no style of play and a lot of the games took us till very late to even do anything. Even Leicester last week was not good

We should have gone for a big name boss who knew the Women's game, this is the easy choice. I knew the odd other person we were supposedly after

Disappointing.

The opportunity to really make leaps as an organization, to change the culture and really push yourself doesn't actually come around often. EFC had taken the first steps but appear to have lost their nerve to take real risks.

Just seen that it seems likely Alexia Putellas is going to London City Lionesses. I know she’s 32 but that would be some coup if they can get that done.

All London City do is mostly sign 30 year olds or older.
