2025/26 Everton Women - Super League & Cup Games

I really hope they go out and attract a top, top manager.

Lots of investment needed, hopefully we can confirm survival asap.
Everton need a proper boss that knows the Women's game inside out. They are looking, and Phelan if he did well is actually in the thinking. Think we are safe already, not officially but that with the gaps in games could be months. We now will have a 29 day break after the league derby. then come back to 2 games we could easily lose, then another 2 week break before the final day

A lot of people thought it was a Woman from Canada team that just left them to be the next boss. But she is actually going to be an assistant at another international team when that is said

I agree with you, but to me if they just look internally unless Phelan is somehow more outstanding than everyone imagined, is just lazy for me.

I'd rather they went out and got the best boss available with a consistent track record of coaching players and getting good results, otherwise whats the point really.

I agree we are probably safe but i never say never until its done.

And Just for Info. Sweden have been chasing Issy Hobson to play for them for a while. But so much paper work to get through, if it happened. It's the same type of Problem Maz Pacheco has had with trying to get a philippines Passport for 18 or so months

I'm based in Philippines and it made a bit of news here when she qualified to play, and made her debut in 2024. Her move to Everton got some pickup too, although with straplines like "Mayumi "Maz" Pacheco is taking her talents to Liverpool after signing with Women's Super League side Everton."

Football here is popular at school level, and "street football" or FutKal is throughout the country - but it's also focused on ensuring kids get an education, providing some respite from their daily lives etc. I met one of the organisers a few years ago, and tried to get Everton to sponsor (i.e. send) a few hundred kids shirts over. Sponsored by EITC not whichever beer or gambling brand we were associated with. Went nowhere - the contacts I had at the club have all moved on one way or another.

For Izzy I guess it will come down to whether her pathway looks more achieveable with Sweden. You look at half the England team that's been so successful last 4-5 years - they've all spent time at Everton in the earlier stage. Almost like it's similar to the mens game - only if you're playing for a big club etc.

I see Australia beat Philippines, 1-0, Clare Wheeler started.

Japan plays Tuesday evening, 10pm my time, not sure I can stay up that late these days. Normally if I see 10pm there's something wrong.
Laila played 83mins for Eng u20s and did well few days ago
Clare played just over an hour and as always played well - having a part in the goal.
Ruby just played 90mins
Kenzie and Rosa play each other tonight at 7pm uk time live on Youtube
A lot of our girls play tomorrow - I literally watch every game no matter the time of day or night

Yep Japan play 5am wed morning our time with other Japan games and Aus games live on link below
