Agreed - we need to stop letting in goals, so we can stop losing games period. I would take 12 draws between now and season end. Problem is if we put that back four in place then the width only comes from our wingers (we do have a lot to chose from). We would have to have a three man midfield which means the three up front have to be 2 wingers and a goalscorer. Puts a lot of pressure on the #9 and we have not seen great performances in that role from DCL. Ritchie or Rondon recently.
I'd be happy with some 0-0's though. Its a low bar....

DCL been injured since the fourth game of the season, consensus is that Coleman should’ve been replaced after his leg break as he’s never been the same and Myko looks like a promising kid but never Digne or Baines quality.
Richarlison is boss imo but has nobody creating.
On paper Doucoure Allan and VDB in a 3 in midfield is quality enough to challenge for top 6 imo but there’s zero depth and the defence with Mina missing pretty much all season and Godfrey large chunks too is disgraceful.
Gray and Gordon are very good on paper too but I think Gray, Gordon and Richarlison are all trying to hard and have forgotten how to pass to each other.

Anyway, I agree we have the quality to win a few no matter who we’re playing but we’ve gone 20 odd games now as the worst form team in the league and if we don’t win tomorrow we’re in enormous trouble.

£90m, of which £40m has sat on the bench (Bruno) and another £15m player has been injured for a large part (Trippier) To be fair to Howe he has people like schar, willock, joelinton, shelvey and fraser playing out of their skin. It's largely been done with £13m Burn, loan signing Matt Target and £25m overpaid for Wood
