Only other logical option is Stones with Besic CB, but why would you split up the first choice centre halves?

I'd have hoped we went a back three, with Lennon and Baines on the side.

Won't be Gibson, no pace and not mobile enough.

Only two options - McCarthy RB, or Stones with Besic centre half.

Only 2 logical options for me with that team, would probably be McCarthy at rb with Lennon in front to help out for an hour which we hopefully don't concede in, then Deulofeu on to try and win the game if we're still in with a chance.

I would trust Besic most at RB out of the starting line up after that, I'd go for Lennon as he is a good worker. No way would I play McCarthy or stones there.
