Delighted to get through, sounded boring but not arsed and a real bonus to get minutes for Jags, Oviedo, Pienaar, Mirallas, Lennon and I guess to a lesser extent Gibson. Another 90 minutes for Besic and also the plus point of resting Stones, Barry, Del, Ross and Rom.

If we'd had a sterner opposition I don't think he would have been able to field so many changes today. As mentioned din the Martinez thread the cup games have come at a perfect time for us
