Lukaku for Nais is my obvious choice but think it might depend on how heavy eto's legs are feeling.

We are playing well and totally dominant but do seem to think we are over elaborating at times.
Baines and Coleman are more or less camped in there half.
Keep the tempo up in the 2nd half and the game is ours but we have to be careful as Swansea are a good team.
