Upbeat for this one, you have be at home.
Will be tough but thats a given. Just have to hope to start well and with tempo and aggression, our sluggish starts are a real concern.
A good time to catch them though, and we are strong at GP.
Hard to pick the side. I am dead set against Schneiderlin and Gueye starting together at home, and think Kenny and Holgate should be starting in a back four, but he isn't going to do any of that. I would be tempted to start Vlasic, but unlikely too.

I tried to pick an XI, but its actually very hard to do so and find any balance for the team. We have too many square pegs in round holes.

I agree about balance, I think RonKo will go with something like this though:

----------------------Pickford----------------------
Holgate---Jagielka---Keane---Williams---Baines
--------------Schneiderlin---Gueye---------------
---------Sandro------------------Sigurdsson-----
----------------------Rooney----------------------

Subs
Stekelenberg
Martina
Klaassen
Davies
Vlasic (Besic?)
Lookman
DCL

Pickford
Holgate Keane Jags Baines
Schneiderlin Gueye
Sigurdsson
Sandro Rooney Vlasic

Vlasic has played enough games for Split already for a chance to see what he can do. Why not throw him in the starting 11?

I would love to see Sandro play a blinder given the stick he got against Chelsea 2-0 toffees, ever the optomist

Don't think he was really fit, almost 100% sure I seen him on crutches after that match in the Vlasic announcement video.

Currently pondering how to cry for help with regards to watching the blues on my laptop without breaching the rules of the forum. I love watching the blues more than life itself. I want to watch Klaassen run around doing nothing for 90 minutes & Williams pretending to be defending. I want, i want, i want.
