At the Bellew fight now, I bet there a better atmosphere at the Bellew fight than at goodison today. That’s fat tit out

The ONLY thing I enjoyed about today was the passion showed by Tom Davies when he scored! Love this lad, he is blue to the core and I hate the flak he takes: he is 19 years old and form will vary, for goodness sake. He never hides, no matter if he isn't having a great game, always looks to drive us forward and is so positive.
I didn't think he would ever emerge from the Lower Gwladys after his goal celebration!

Just watched MoD and I don't know where Hughes gets the idea that the free kick was taken 10 to 15 yards up the pitch from. Maybe 5 yards towards the area and 5 yards up the pitch, but this happens many times every game. Clutching at straws comes to mind.
Was it a foul on Funes Mori? Well the referee penalised Funes Mori for exactly the same "challenge" on a Southampton player a few minutes earlier. What's sauce for the goose etc............................

You probably mean "very less likely", but aside from that what's done is done. You and Hughes may feel it was unjust but that's football isn't it? You win some and you lose some and, for a change it seems, Everton struck lucky today.
Don’t really understand the point you are making. Doesn’t bother me they didn’t get the free kick as we ended up scoring moments later from it. We got lucky and you need that as well in football. I can just see why he isn’t happy especially when it’s a massive game for them and he is justified to have a go at the ref for that incident because his assistant, who was right next to it, didn’t even flag and he was miles away.

Had lunch with my brother this afternoon. He doesn't follow the Premier League and is just a casual fan of the sport in general.

He happened to watch most of our match today. Even he said we looked really bad. Lifeless was the word he used. Was interesting to hear his analysis.

Great improvement from 5-1 away tho!

I can't remember if @ijjysmith actually supports Southampton, but if so sorry, Saints deserved to win that, even if Hughes is their manager.

I think Southampton are @ijjysmith's second team mate. I've heard him say before that Southampton is a fantastic place to live, and the locals are some of the nicest people you could meet, also remember his saying that moving there was the best decision he ever made.

Rah. Dull game. Last minute goals are always class though.

Celebrated the goal, laughed, and then felt bad for Saints.

New shirt is mega. Love it.

Nephew still unbeaten in all the games he's been to.
