I got all the way to the market to do the week's shopping early enough that I could get back in time for the start of the match, and all the way there I was sure I'd forgotten something. Was it the shopping list? The bank card? The house key? Nope, I'd brought 'em all. Then, as I reached the grocery's entrance, I realized I hadn't brought a mask. So I turned around and came home.

I try not to be superstitious so I'm hoping this wasn't a harbinger of similar incompetence at Goodison today. COYB, be better than me.
