Everyone loves a cup upset, right? Wrong. Everton don't. Well not fourth-tier sides anyway. And not in the League Cup. The Toffees have played 18 games against teams in today's League 2, winning 17 and drawing one.

Interestingly, that two-legged tie in 1983 was a 2-2 draw with Chesterfield - and they even went on to reach the final.

Most recently, they thrashed Yeovil 4-0 at Goodison Park in 2016. Another one of those tonight wouldn't go amiss.

Let's hope he stays for the season at least. We know how moody Pickford is in the long run. Not saying he's not had a terrific start though.
