Toss up between Gordon and Niels for MOM for me, both played really well

This game has ended up proving to me what I already thought before. Davies and Walcott are the players that pretty much offer nothing. The rest have something about their game that could make them work as squad players around better players.

And yet I do think if we get interest for any of the players here that aren't youngsters (branthwaite, virginia, Kean and Gordon ofc) we will look to offload. None are good enough to be completely safe.

Some promising performances from the younger lads. Keane and Digne are clearly 1st choice options.

Shame Branthwaite went off injured.

Nkounkou and Gordon the big pluses, hopefully the Kean goal lifts his confidence.
Siggy and Bernard did enough for squad places. Davies was ok.

Walcott, I think, knows he is off. Him, Delph and possibly Iwobi (if not injured) will be out of the door.
Tosun, Bolasie, Sandro and Besic don't even count now.

So much waste to shift thanks to Koeman/Allardyce mare.
