Yeah, used his initiative early on when passes between Distin and Jags were getting us nowhere. Took the game by the scruff on the neck (quite literally) and has been influential ever since. He's really growing as a player, like, you can see it happening weekly even in spite of the errors he makes. As soon as he stamps those out, he'll be some player.
