You couldn’t have realistically expected them to get rid as soon as they got through the door. As what happens most of the time they tend to give the time for the existing manager to impress before they do anything but they won’t tolerate a relegation battle, there are still plenty of games to play.

All of the time he was in charge previous to taking over is wiped away, his record was pretty horrific before they took over, this shouldn`t have been much of a surprise.

Some seem to think he’s some sort of miracle worker who avoids relegation when he was relegated in 2015 and was heading for the drop in 2022 too

Think of it this way, they earn millions a year mate, couldn’t care less about you.

They only way the club will care is if apathy occurs in substantial numbers and they know that’s not happening.

If they had any self respect or the slightest sense of self awareness and tact, Everton would never be in this position in the first place.

….of course the Manager is accountable but I’m not in the camp that blames Dyche for absolutely everything. He can only play the cards he’s been dealt and he has a very mediocre hand to play with. Before the game the argument was whether Lindstrom should start, I suggested both were mediocre and it didn’t make much difference.

It suits Forest to sit back and play on the counter, the difficulty we had was them scoring early which played into their comfort zone. I don’t think it was a case of attacking more, I just think we raised the tempo a bit. Patterson certainly helped in that regard but I think we’d have still been playing now and not scored regardless of manager.

Or splinters in your arsp defend him like help before kick off he needs the sack - new Manager at Wolves 3 games 7 points they were relegation fodder when we thumped them 4 -0°!
