I can assure you Patterson is not useless. I'm on record as saying he is still suspect defensively. I watch Scotland regularly. Patterson will tear it up attacking wise sometime soon in this league.

He looks to me like he’s lacking confidence then and if attacking is his side of being a wing back he excels in needs to present himself higher up the pitch to receive the ball.

We need an attacking threat, a mobile striker who can take goal chances.

I am surprised that none of you have realised this or mentioned it before.

We did a lot quite well but look completely blunt.

He would show for the ball and get up the pitch Patterson shouted for the ball once, seems happy to just ghost through the game instead of trying to get involved and make something happen mykolenko managed it a few times even if he is then too slow getting the ball in.

I dunno, im still not that worried. We're playing MAAAASSSIVELY better than we did last year. We still have a bit more time to bring in players but who the hell knows there. We need to shift a bunch of dead weight and there really is a bit troublesome we haven't moved anyone on really.

Yeah but then 2 games later we almost never won again. I'm not discounting the dropped points, I have been saying for ages points in August count just the same as points in April. I'm just still cautiously optimistic.

The defence is fine, once Onana gets up to speed he’ll be fine. We would have got 2/3 there today with a striker. Not worried.

No top balcony and I’d left my glasses at home had a nightmare ? seriously tho I was next to him all second half almost within touching distance. He doesn’t impress me anyway.
