Good performances all around but #7 is MOTM all day long for me.

After watching Calvert-Lewin, Gana, Young, Harrison, and others flub their chances, this was the man of the hour.

Because McNeil, in his current form, is brimming with that quality that we too often lack - RUTHLESSNESS.

The moment he picked Trippier's pocket I KNEW it was going to be a goal, lashed past the keeper with extreme malice.

Absolute class all over the pitch.

Unfortunate to not be ahead at half time but put that right with a fantastic second half display.

Pickford didn’t have loads to do but was solid. And liked his snide to wind them up at the end.
Defence was all quality. Every one of them. Tarks and Branthwaite are just unreal. Great assist by Patterson. Good to see Coleman back. Myko continues to be brill.
Doucs and Gana were relentless. Some sloppy passes but hassled and harried all game.
Harrison faded but dug in and was solid. Young had a very good game and forced mistakes. Much more comfortable being further forward.
DCL panicked a bit but worked hard and is so important as a focal point.
Beto fully deserved his goal. Great finish. Bullied their defenders.

McNeil my Man of the Match. Just everywhere. Drove the team forward. Involved in nearly everything.
