Still should have made a sub to change the rhythm during that down spell.. even just to soak up time.

We were keeping them out easy mate bar that one chance that Mori messed up for and Mitrovic missed.

I would have agreed at the time, but really we were doing fine when you look at it and Lennon's pace gives us a real option.

Good performance, onto the next one.

Wow did we need that. If we lost that we would have been 6 points of the bottom 3 and in the crapper. Hopefully we can kick on. Will take a draw at Stoke to be honest.

Lennon had a cracker. Good performances all round. That includes Kone who held the ball up well, got in to dangerous positions and set others up. Good but not spectacular of course.

Thought Coleman and Mori were under par.

Kone held it up well but dear me why can't he shoot!?

Elliot kept them in the game with some great stops.

We look a different side in defence with Joel there. Not the best, but better!

Coleman wasn't at his best no but good to have him back to fitness. McCarthy too.

Mori was shaky all night. I really like him and have nothing wrong with him playing as he's a good player, but if Stones had made half the mistakes he had tonight he'd have been slaughtered for it by the crowd and on here/twitter etc.

Thing is, I couldn't have said anyone deserved to come off at that point... except Kone but it would have been harsh on him 'playing' just 20 minutes.

Cleverley was blowing hard after about 70 minutes. I'd have personally brought him off for Deulofeu and given Barry the job of solely protecting Oviedo and let Del stretch them to force them back.

To me, it looked like Martinez was afraid to twist. It paid off, but barely - that Mitrovic chance goes in and it's a different story. It was unnecessary pressure on us for me.

A well needed result. But missed chances and some shaky defending still had wondering wtf are we doing at times!

Build on it blues and let's kick on for the rest of the season!

Thing is with Del when he comes on he blows really hot and cold mate. He either has a cracker or he can't run. Think Pienaar would have been the smart option but in the end it paid off and I can understand why RM was unwilling to change.
