Don't see what Naismith has done to deserve dropping for Osman, tbh. He's been the better of the two so far this year.

He'll help our football though, as long as he has a decent game. Think we lose a hard working tough competitor from the side, but gain a superior footballer.

Yeah i'd be surpised if Osman spends much time near the wing unless he plays on the left as a kind of Pienaar lite and Mirallas on the right.

Would expect it to be more of a 4-2-3-1 with Osman, Mirallas and Barkley interchanging wherever the play goes, full backs providing width and Barry and McCarthy sitting and covering.

Just listening to Martinez on Sky then, you can tell he's concerned/aware of Newcastle on the break.

I can see us keeping it more 451 in the early stages and not going for it until we get their measure.
