I write this after the Wolves game.

In some ways this match is a win win situation. If we win, we win. If we lose, it’s a blow for the other lot.

Me, sorry lads I want us to win. But I do understand those who hope we get slaughtered. I just can’t bring myself to hope for an Everton defeat myself. Each to their own and that.

Always hope for a blues win. That’s never changed. Bizarre wanting your team to lose. How we stop conceding is unlikely to be solved in a few days. Silva looks like he’s having the life squeezed out of him game by game. Painful watching a manager who has no idea how to stop the tide.

What does a win here achieve other than gift Liverpool the title? It's not bizarre for fans to want to avoid that scenario.
