Dreadful from Howard for the first goal.

Dreadful from Browning for the entire game. I'd have done a better job at left back. He was stationary for most of the game. He doesn't close down players when he's supposed to. He's out of position far too often. Sure, he might have potential, but he is certainly not ready this season and maybe he won't be ready for the next one either.
You do know that he's a centre half who can be employed at right back and was thrown in at left back against the best team in the country.

Mirallas should've started. Failing that he should've at least been on with half an hour left to change the game. Instead he doesn't come on at all. Really laughable decision making from Martinez.

City have been extremely good today. Almost German in their efficiency. Every player done their job as needs to be done.

Unfortunately we haven't helped ourselves at all, Howard being a tit, Kone offering literally nothing, Martinez not being reactive to anything, their exploit of our left or making reactive subs to try and change the game, having absolutely no width and being too slow in building up our attacks once again.

City have had us at arms length all game, not that I was expecting anything but there was just no change of plan at all there

Whoa whoa whoa ... He is a right footed cb not a lb but the taking was poor for #2

I don't care if it's Baines, Marcelo, an eight year old or Sergio Ramos who was thrown in a left back. It was a poor performance and whoever it was, they're going to get the criticism they deserve.
