Sorry, didn't have a stopwatch out, but disingenuous to say we didn't test him then if you're limiting it to a specific timeframeHe did, 64th minute. But my post above still stands, we didn’t really test him. And 1 shot in the last 41 minutes.
Its not about the big decisions, its all about the ones that seem inconsequential. Pickford getting booked for raising an issue with the referee, Liverpool not for delaying a restart. Giving an offside for a player that hasn't touched, or attempted to touch a ball rather than the corner. No card for Isak after attempting to prevent Pickford from kicking it long. They kicked the ball at Ndiaye from their dead ball in an act of petulance, missed and it dropped to KDH. The ref lets them take it again.
Despite all this though, that was on us today. They were there for the taking and we failed to do so. If we had Lukaku or similar quality we'd have been 3 up at the half, but alas.
Because we allowed them to be.They were much better than Chelsea today.
Because we allowed them to be.
We aren’t good enough to shut teams down at will. Very few sides areBecause we allowed them to be.
Not true Zat.Other teams managers sign young players and develop them.
None of them improve under this manager.
