They missed 2 players we were missing Siggy and had to play Morgan instead of Gana or McArthy
You can only play what's in front of you, although if we had a left sided midfielder I think we would of done much better.
Jordan Pickford was outstanding.

I like Big Sam and I think he is ace at press conferences, water off a duck's back etc. But I don't want him as our manager. Am I alone in holding a middle position between those who hate and vilify him and a very very few who want him to stay?

I think you might be!
Not sure who in their right mind would want to keep him any longer than we have to.

At the end of the day we kept a clean sheet against one of the best RS sides of recent times. Yes, Salah was missing but they're still a top side who've got one foot in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
That 11 haven’t scored more than a handful between them. Ings and Solanke played not Salah and Firminho. Their full backs were there for the taking...one was making his seasons debut and the other is a 3rd rage centre half.

And they had Henderson in the centre of the park.
And Lovren.
And Milner.

Jesus wept.

DCL scores- Everton win 1-0, Big Sam's tactics payoff as they defeat a depleted Liverpool.
DCL glaring miss - draw 0-0 Bid Sam's tactics fail.
Big Sam’s ‘tactics’ resulted in us only creating a chance like DCL’s in the last 5 mins, rather than throughout the game

The LFC comes with my cable TV and I started to watch their after match comments. It took Aldridge about three minutes to call it Everton's cup final and I turned it off soon after that. You could tell not winning hurt with all the excuses. We were poor, but so were they and the only top player not in their squad was Salah as far as I can remember.

Kin great time to be a Blue isn't it? 3 managers already this season. Scraped the barrel to get this cart Allardyce and all his associated cronies. Being arguably worse since he took over. Escaped relegation by the skin of our teeth. Couldn't beat Liverpool's B team in the derby to make it 0 wins in 8 years against them. Watched them bum City twice in two games to go through to semis. No doubt they'll go on to win it and we'll keep Allardyce for next season.

Kin awful time to be a Blue.

I think Sam Allardyce tactic worked out if you compare to Martinez for example. We have drawn two and narrowly missed out on a replay at Goodison in the FA-Cup, only for a mistake by JP.
When we went to Anfield with Martinez (who I think was the worst appointment for us) we got f*cked 0-4, 0-4 and rescued a point with Jags screamer to 1-1.
We were wide open and people were crying in the stands. Horrible.

The SA-tactic will do it for me and to get two draws in the league is good IMO.

Best chance we will ever have to win and we blew it.

A more progressive manager and we would have won.

All the blame goes to that fat fraud, for me.

Goodison park was also muted compared to what it normally is for the derby. Again I blame allardyce for bringing almost total apathy to the crowd.
