I think the police will afterwards say: "Thanks to our great effort there wasn't any disturbance. But it cost massive money to have this big force out."It's going to be a self fulfilling prophecy. Police will be claiming that this is a dangerous time to play and will use heavy handed tactics and arrest loads to 'prove' their point.
