5-3-2 it looks like. would take that all day long. Lot of pressure on Sturridge starting from the off, Henderson having to play right wing back. That team we can get at as it's very lightweight in the middle of the park.

It's no surprise that they're playing that formation. But it would be encouraging that they'd be splitting up a really solid CM partnership of Henderson and Lucas. As we've seen over the years Lucas and Gerrard together doesn't really work.

They've played Hendog there before. Can't see them moving Sterling too far from up top or just off Sturridge with him being the greatest player in the world and all that.

If they had two banks of three, Sterling could still be pressed right up the pitch.

I'm tempted to have a central three ourselves.

Yep I would say it weakens them. Henderson on the right certainly doesn't work from what I seen when they played Chelsea away and he took Markovic off. Instantly looked unbalanced. That's all good for me though so I hope that's how they set up. I think we could have them off tbh because that looks like a very ordinary side. We MUST turn up though and put in a performance. 3 points are there for the taking. Sticking with my 3-1 win to the Boys in Blue! COYB!

All this rubbish about Gerrard he won't even start. They want to win the game so they will start with Henderson and lucas ,no brainer

Only in the midfield should we have a 3 which would absolutely stifle them. But it could also stifle us. We've tried a back 3 and we've looked absolutely bloody awful. 4-2-3-1 tomorrow will see the 3 points in the bag mate ;)

If we had a midfield with Besic and McCarthy in it against Gerrard and Lucas we should be able to out run them for sure.

Liverpool's reported team: Mignolet; Henderson, Can, Skrtel, Sakho, Moreno; Lucas, Gerrard; Coutinho, Sturridge, Sterling

It's 3-4-3 that I believe, what they played against Bolton the other night. Coutinho - Sturridge - Sterling the front three, Henderson wing back.

We should deffo play 4-3-3 and pack that middle. If McCarthy is back our midfield 3 will have Lucas and old man Gerrard easily.
