I think he’s pushing the team too much for the teams current confidence level. But that being said you don’t fix that by sitting back and parking the bus.

Zouma is again just an average athletic centre back who'll just end up bouncing around Lille or West Ham. Will never make it at Chelsea.

Unfortunately they're our central defence today and I don't see that changing until the end of the season- probably why Silva goes so often with Mina and two central defenders in front of them.

Dont think it's about inspiring them. They just need to frigging concentrate for 95 minutes and apply themselves. He absolutely should have whipped walcott off after 45 but the players yet again are letting themselves and the club down. How many times have we said that in the last decade or so.
