Just got back from this. Has to be Seamus for his moment of magic in a match that was short on quality. We were very sloppy today, but just got away with it against a poor side. Will have to play much better than that going forward, but 3 massive points is all that matters today. UTFT.

I watched and I agree he is atrocious ,scored two in his first game and has stunk since .

No question he meant that. He looked up, no Everton players forward, gap at near post and he hit the ball sweet as a nut.

We could and should have scored more goals today. We have more than enough chances to get at least a second goal.

I am not sure yet if that is a negative or a positive.

It was a game that with half decent strikers we could have won at a canter. All our games herein will be tortuous as we will never be able to get the goals to give us a zone of comfort

We had two cleared off the line, we had two great chances fluffed by Onana, then a one on one with Doucore, then a little square pass from McNeil would have seen Simms score. They had ZERO chances.

Seamus MOTM, but honourable mention to Gana.
