We have not been a pressing team at any point under Ancelotti and it isn't going to suddenly start now. We need to be better when we do have the ball.

It's not about the pressing it's about having 2 centre halves who have pace to recover yet we still find ourselves on our 18 yard line.

Push up 2o yards and it squeezes them more where they have to take more risks with their passing.

It was 'kin Newcastle last time. We just aren't very good. I said tempo was key to this game. It took 34 minutes for us to press from the front and they immediately panicked and gave us a fee kick.

There was one bit of play in that first half that summed up our performance for the whole of the half, Digne picks the ball up, looks up and ends up having to play the ball backwards, he then gestures with his arm to those playing in front of him, no movement whatsoever from them.
