No comment on your Board mate. But our lot are united in their respect and admiration for Roy for what he has done for us and for Football. Not many get what they deserve in Football which can be very cruel. It was a mistake to ask Roy to stay on and a mistake for Roy to agree. He has had terrible luck with injuries to the squad and time has caught up with him. When he goes, he goes with absolutely everyone’s best wishes.

I hope we as Everton fans get a big banner in the Gwladys Street with Get Well Roy on it. Let’s not forget this guy has basically given his life to the game we love. I think he deserves everyone’s respect. 77 and getting up everyday to run around on a training pitch, unreal.

i think its very clear for the last, at least 7-8 years, we have easily had the worst board in the world. Just because we threw a few quid around ... incompetence beyond belief!!
