What I dont understand is Lampard, who I like, must surely discuss the team selection with his coaches and there are enough of them.

If they have watched the same games as us, particularly last Sunday then surely they should have argued against Gomes selection.

If Allan cannot do 90 minutes then surely we should have started with him with a view to a substitution later on.
