McCarthy took a knock against Sunderland hence why he is on the bench

I think he is on the bench, I'd say Martinez is trying Barkley deeper with the city game in mind, better to try him in that position along side the experienced Barry before pairing him with McCarthy against City

team looks sick, but all that pace wont be highly effective if they just sit on the edge of their box? for me this team should have played Sunderland when the space to run into was there but today with them being so deep as i expect, i would prefer someone like Naismith with his movement on the edge of the box a bit like when he scored the equalizer vs villa at home, but still looking forward to seeing Barkley in his deeper role as his passing could split them up
