Hopefully with Anichebe on the right and Rodwell/Osman playing off Beckford, rather than a straight 4-4-2. It just doesn't work with Anichebe and Beckford, the ball won't stick.

I'd go for something like that, personally. A much better team selection than his last two attempts.

I'd atleast start with Osman behind Beckford. If the ball isn't sticking and we could do with more physicality up there then consider swapping him with Rodwell. Would like to see Coleman and Arteta start down the wings. It's hard to tell where Arteta is most effective these days though.
