Pickford for me. Vital saves and looked at ease and dominant in goal. Thought Gana was putting himself about and even thought Richarlison got into it the 2nd half. DCL put himself about but just lacks that composure and is not our answer.

DCL led the line magnificently today deserved a goal ran his socks off - he caused a lot of problems for them in the 2nd half my MOTM!

Comes in for ridiculous criticism. The lad is striker all day long. Few could have MotM, however, Lewin for me. Worked that back line well today.

Chelsea fan here. I did state you’d beat us back in the dim and distant on this thread (I thought we might actually score for a change though). Fair play. We are utterly clueless if we don’t score early and your lot were all over us in the second half. It was a fair result.

....Gueye was terrific. DCL will soon realise that CBs are scared of his physicality, he’s improving with games and is a powerhouse in the air. He created the first goal. Richarlison gets on the end of things, it’s natural and 12 league goals is already a fine return for a winger.

DCL took his shirt off in front of us at the end of the Southampton game and my daughter would agree with you about his physique.

He'a one of my favorite non-Everton players. We really held him in check.
