and if players take their shirts off to tribute their dead ones? the ref would have to decide if its a booking or not, and then there will be cases that would be not so clear, like support to israel for instance. every time a player took their shirt off they would have to decide if the cause is worthy a booking or not.

They get away with missing bid decisions all the time. Just pretend he didn't see it. Indefensible, and if the FA/Prem took action, then they'd be even more out of touch.
