I am intrigued as to whether we see Mina here.

If we insist on high crosses, surely he would be a threat against their 2 grocks at the back. We need to give them something else to think about as they settled after a shaky start.

I think both walcott and coleman has been good today, but coleman needs to stop the floating crosses.

Me too mate, Sigurdsson is the one who seems to be struggling to get into the game after some good stuff early on.

Coleman does need to stop hanging it up in the box though, only one winner there.

Is anyone else completely baffled how Richarlison managed to continue playing after rolling his ankle like that?

Our league is corrupt as anything.

The Sky faves are happy though.

VAR would sort these waster refs out, though I am sure they will find away to still favour certain teams.

Sloppy half of football that. Wasteful in attack, switch off in defence.

Just seen that West Ham one. What an absolute disgrace. The thing is, if these incidents happen anywhere else on the pitch they can´t wait to blow their whistle and break up the game.

We have been getting plenty of crosses in but we haven't got the presence to win them so we should anticipate and have players aware and ready on the edge of the box to pick up the headed clearances. We are not great at finishing chances off and that currently is our downfall but still expect us to win this. We are obviously short of a classy CF.

When we are up against big players we need the keeper to help out a bit more. Thought Pickford should have been off his line.........looks like Pickford was having a problem with something (boots, ankle?) and wonder if that is why he stayed put.

Our football is still chalk and cheese to last season

You sometimes wonder whether we even practice finishing in training. Obviously we do but it doesnt look like it when they get out on the pitch. So wasteful and many teams would have been 3 or 4 up that half alone. Very frustrating as most of our play has been decent and i hope we are more accurate in the 2nd half. COYB's !!!

I can understand why the ref missed that penalty as the player was behind Digne and the ball took a fluke bounce that make it look like he played it, but he has consistently made poor decisions.

What a shame there's no VIDEO TECHNOLOGY that could clear these decisions up.

It's beyond a joke. It's cost us on six occasions already this season. Stupid. Gash decisions all of the time.

Anyway, doesn't excuse Zouma for falling asleep from that corner.

Shame, because we've played well. Haven't tested Ryan enough though - just missing that final pass/touch/shot too often.

Its blatant to see the progression is there.

Dont get on their backs stick with them, these things dont happen overnight.

Especially after the state we where left in.

When's the last time completed a decent cross? Im not referring to this game but regarding his career because i cant recall him making a single solid cross in the last several seasons its kinda ludicrous

It's not really the finishing that has been the issue, it's the final pass before the finish. We're lacking a bit of composure to get there. Only blatant chance we missed was the Gylfi one.
