I wouldn't say that. I'd say the match going fans have just given up caring after seeing the same thing all season. The feeling I get from it all is helplessness - as in they never really expected Martinez to be managing this game, so they don't know what to do.

The instinct of every fan will be to go the game to support the players on the pitch. That's what they're trying to do, whilst also absolutely hating the manager, so it's an emotional stalemate.
