Evertonians arent nobheads, and i dont mean to insult the fella in that picture. What does that achieve apart from make us look like tits.

I must say, Arteta's snide behaviour of feigning injury in the FA Cup match annoyed me, but I don't think it warranted the reception he got today.

That said, if fans only did it to get to his head then I suppose it worked perfectly.

He got a great reception in his first game back. He then decided to kiss the badge after scoring against us and deserves everything he gets.

I haven't read this thread, so maybe it's been covered already, but who did not play well in Blue today? Whoscored has Mirallas at 7.3 and Distin and Barkley at 7.4, which by no means are bad marks, as the worst performances by starters/significant contributors. From what I could see, every mistake seemed to be covered by another teammates' effort, or the occasional Arsenal miss (like Mirallas giveaway in the box).

arsenal have conceded half of their 40 goals in away games vs city, chelsea, RS and us. astonishing,

5GD is quite a big gap at this point, especially when you don't have to play that team again. i'm hoping for a similar victory for us vs united tbh.
Now that would just do it for me never mind 4th

The badge kiss or clutch didn't annoy me as much as feigning serious injury leading to a concerned, and sporting Bainsey putting the ball out of play.

Reminiscent of Di Canio at GP all those years ago. At least that time the Everton player wasn't feigning, and Evertonians still remember the spoirtsmanship shown. How many Gooners remember Baines' gesture? SFA, because this is part and parcel of the snide game and happens all the time with certain clubs so as to gain an advantage.

When Bainsey realised he had been taken for a soft lad, it was no wonder he reacted the way he did today.

Brilliant result, brilliant performance. What a day! Looking at our run in, it's very difficult but we can do it. We can definitely do it.

Just makes it all worth it. I know we have a long way to go to secure fourth, but why can't we get it? Utterly destroyed Arsenal today, Everton I actually love you.

Pre FA Cup game I told my Arsenal supporting mate that if they were to beat us I would be gutted but wouldn't begrudge Arteta a shot at a trophy. After the game I couldn't wait to give him abuse when we next faced him. We are a good sort as fans but throw our loyalty/support back in our faces and you get your card marked. Sad part is I really liked Arteta and I still believe he gave us his best years. He showed no respect and got exactly what he deserved today. Was thrilled with his oggy :)
