With Tim Howard coming in for more criticism this season, the Blues are being linked with Ukrainian goalkeeper Denys Boyko.

The 6'6" Ukrainian, who shares an agent with Andriy Yarmolenko – which might have given Vadim Shabliy another reason to have been at Goodison Park recently – was a target for Deportivo la Coruña but speculation now suggests that Besiktas and Everton lead the race to sign him.
Boyko was an important member of the Dnipro team that made it to the Europa League final in May where they lost to Sevilla.


Could it be that we are actually in for this Keeper and not Yarmolenko. They share an agent, so perhaps we are talking to the agent and people have assumed it is for Yarmolenko

Emm... Kanchelskis was born in Ukraine, Kyrovograd (native city for other known Ukrainian player - Konoplianka). His surname seems to be lithuanian, but he was born and spent his childhood in Ukraine.

We should hire Mussonda jr. from Chelsea. It's a calculated risk.
He's regarded as an immense talent for the last years, but he doesn't seem to break through in Chelsea. Not that that club is known for giving young talents a chance. But Martinez is.
