Tbh where is the source for that bid, apart from an Italian newspaper ? We all thought, and it still could be, we had bid for Carvalho, but according to the Echo we haven't. Getting tired of rumours and at the risk of being told my head has fell off, I would like to see some action.

Whenever there is any positivity around the club, the red echo always publishes news to try and sqash any optimism that we have.
Few weeks ago there was a big stones to city story, saying that city and stones himself wanted the deal done by the end of the week. They were the only newspaper who were reported it, on the basis that stones had asked to leave and expected the deal to be done within the timescales indicated. Once again wrong.
