He'd be a sound option either off the bench or along side Rom. He holds the ball well, wins almost every header and scores his fair share of goals. Although he's 30 his style of play doesn't rely on pace so he should be good for a couple more years. Strong reports he may move back to Italy with Juve interested though.

He's headed to China.

Just look at him.

Depends on the price i suppose, would be content with him at anything near £10m. As for Lukaku, i swear he hates/is afraid of getting his head under those high balls as he always seems to make a token effort for it without ever really looking like he wants to win it

Mentioned him before on here, but IF we are looking at getting a more physical forward in as an option then wouldn't be upset if we got Mitrovic, still no where near the finished article and misses some howlers but thought Newcastle looked way better whenever he played and he is a big strong lad who can do that direct style Koeman switches too occasionally

Depends on the price really

Also depends on if Lukaku stays fit, if he does then Pelle is a great option now and again - if we ended up losing Rom to injury for a big part of the season and Pelle becomes the number 1 all season - then not so happy about it.

Ideally we need two new faces at striker, - target man like him, and someone who can run behind in case Rom does get miss time otherwise we end up going to become a route 1 team

If Rom got injured and we had to rely on Pelle then I think we would be alright. At any rate, who could we bring in that you would honestly say you would feel comfortable replacing Lukaku in the event of an injury?

Replacing Lukaku with someone of his quality would be expensive and they probably wouldn't be happy to sit on the bench waiting for a chance if they are that good.

Still wouldn't mind Dzeko and a smaller pacey striker as competition for Lukaku, Dzeko is bound to be cheap as Roma are looking to sell.

Mitrovic is a proper nutter. No way.

Nah still think Lukaku hasn't been the same in the aerial challenges since he got absolutely sparked out by Lloris

He's fine going for it in the box though. It is when he has to win the header from a standing position instead of running onto it that he never seems to get up high enough for it.
