He's only been one of our better players if you're fine with a LB who is a genuine 0 with the ball and I didn't really like that.

Jesus man, Godfrey has been superb for us he isn't perfect he is still developing but he is way beyond anything we could have hoped for when we bought him. He isn't a left back but covered the position well. But he is a CB and will be a top one.

That's the thing I don't even think he is bad, just funny to me that there are "Euros" and "world class" shouts about a player that isn't definitely better than Keane and Mina. Or even Holgate tbh.

Haha honestly me too, but one thing is for certain and that is that Lookman would have gotten enough time to establish himself meaning the summer we bought Iwobi we would not have been looking for a player in the position. That transfer can't happen.

I see, but haven't you spent time today saying we should buy young players in order to improve them, but here you are suggesting Godfrey is average and soon we will realise this.

Let's pretend your the only person who sees the truth and he's average, why can't he improve? Is he not the type you suggest we sign? Young players with room to improve?

And can you explain why the majority of people, including non Everton fans, think he's a great player and not average?
