No but the fact we don’t have a functioning right back is a biiiiig issue.

Why do we keep doing stop-gaps? I'm fed up of Everton being a retirement village, we so rarely give youth a chance at this club. It's third choice keeper, ffs.Virginia is on his way out, so it's a stop-gap I guess.
He’s replacing an injured academy player Tyrer, who was going to be our 3rd choiceWhy do we keep doing stop-gaps? I'm fed up of Everton being a retirement village, we so rarely give youth a chance at this club. It's third choice keeper, ffs.
2011-12 we had Howard, Mucha and the NRA nut American goalie who played for Reading (name escapes me) and I don't think ever played for us in the end other than being a cup game bench goaliecould have just signed some crap free agent if it was that necessary

How bad is this injury? If he's out for months then fair enough, if he's out for a few weeks it's not. If he's out for months why not just keep
I'd guess we are saving a good bit on wages between Virginia and lonergan. How bad is this injury? If he's out for months then fair enough, if he's out for a few weeks it's not. If he's out for months why not just keep Virginia?
Its not the end of the world but personally I’m disappointed to apparently exchange a promising young goalie for an ageing overpaid no-mark , seems a backward step to me.
I have to say I am OUTRAGED at the club that they’ve have signed this former kopite legend who will never play a game for us.
They signed Richard Wright for the same purpose a few years back iircMan city just signed Scott Carson as their 3rd choice (also ex-RS) it matters not, Lonergan will never play for us.
You've been bleating on for ages about spending 30-35m on Aarons. How many rightbacks are going for double that? It's more that if someone is over 25 you call them an oaf and if they're under 22 you're reapplying the lipstick on your sock puppet.
