Yeah you have to think one of our biggest assets in a situation like this is a big impact on our finances.
Is his name tarnished and he needs selling cheap to the MLS or something and we get a little fee? Do we need to fire him and we save on wages? Will this roll on for another year and we need to pay him ongoing throughout the case?
Either way, a lot of money involved.

I'd imagine his suspension forgoes any pay whilst this carries on, but then we cannot spend that in case it falls through and he's back on the payroll. Either way, I cannot imagine him playing in an Everton shirt again - contract up at end of this season too.

Wasnt he the ‘player to get’ a couple of years ago? I seem to rememer many on here wanting him, but assumed he was going to one of the big Italian teams. According to transfermarkt, he’s been scoring a little more than one goal pr 3 games, excluding the 16/17 season where he got 26 in 35. For 15m it might be worth a punt if Kean leaves, tho I worry he wouldnt be able to keep the 1 in 3 going in the PL.
