He still has CB a book value of about £2.65m that would hit our loss account and come off any transfer kitty we don’t have.

Yeh, I’ve been chatting to mates with employees about this. At the moment staff are not at risk of disciplinary action if they aren’t vaxxed, but… the gov have been eluding to it
If your job requires you to vax and you refuse… who pays your wage?
