With that Tarkowski addition, I'd say were a DM and a forward player away from top 10.

Not sure I think we need more we need two midfielders and two forwards for me. Maybe a loan or two?

1. We haven't the cash flow until we sell due to P&L.
2. Sadly he wouldn't come to us right now.

Because they're flushed with cash and play in the champions league, while Everton just survived relegation and are attempting to navigate FFP restrictions. Obviously they're the more attractive option by a significant degree
