Put a couple of these in Finch Farm and fill them at the end of the season.

If that happens then I can see no other option but for a sale of the club.

I fear some fans of ours will get what they've asked for when some US cowboy consortium comes aboard and milks us dry with little to no investment in the playing squad or infrastructure.

Any mythical white knight squillionaire who's also a footballing man and shrewd businessman with clean money that some are holding out for seems pie in the sky when you look at the interested parties looking at Chelsea.

Dark clouds heading our way you feel.
Not sure if you’ve watched the john Blain on toffee TV. It was last week.

He’s adamant Moshiri is still here for the long haul. And the ground gets built, he comes across as a straight type of guy,
Think he’s a shareholder to. And knows about business and businesses. Interesting listen, wether you believe him or not that’s up to you.

He also said who knows what happens with usmanov moving forward, billionaire’s don’t like being told what to do, especially if they feel they’ve done nothing wrong. He also said there’s companies/consortiums out there who would buy Everton tomorrow. And continue with the ground.

You might want to have a read of this from Forbes a few days back: https://www.forbes.com/sites/justin...-hurt-the-club-and-its-owner/?sh=69ace54d6107

They'd have to be have a healthy risk appetite, as from a purely financial perspective, hard to see any short term return on investment. I can't see the new stadium suddenly generating massive revenues and profit, especially without a successful playing side.

Again just going off what he said. He said companies/ consortiums would see how poorly we’re being run and would believe they could run it better and with the ground.
Turn a profit down the line.

End of the the day how many companies have bought clubs for a quick short term return. Can’t think of many times that had happened if
Any.

"Hi, can you do this for us because we are useless and can't do it ourselves?"

Everton have reached an agreement with the Premier League in which they consult over player signings and new contracts to avoid breaching Profit and Sustainability rules. (Source: Daily Mail)

Hah will we have any money ?

If we stay up a very Everton signing would be Marcus Rashford to place DCL/Rich. Half the fan base would be elated believing he just needs a fresh start to recapture his form of a couple of years when the reality is he is shot.

Yes please, there is not a single player in our entire squad we should refuse to sell. Especially not these two. Both are a huge part of a team strugling to register a single shot on target during 90 minutes. Rashford can finish and also shoot from distance, a definate upgrade on what we have

He is playing absolutely awful and low in conference in a team that is struggling for 4th, imagine thinking we could turn his form around.
