Could just be bitter about the fact that one of their better prospects forced his way out of the club at a low price, and to us. I agree that it doesn't help them from a sporting perspective this season, but people do weird and irrational things when emotion and ego get involved, because people can be weird and irrational.

It's equally possible that it's just the club playing for drama.

Well I mean we did get a striker on Friday in so we have, but we absolutely needed a wide forward with some quality in.

I don't actually think Ben Brereton Díaz is that, though. A good player, but he's not creative at all.
