Who can we afford who does that? Only Nketiah springs to mind right now, someone more Europe-savy can let me know if there is someone from a lesser league we can poach. I had never heard of Giakoumakis before Celtic signed him.

We are trying to cut our wage budget and couldn't afford a third of that
