The deadline to register players for this weekend has now passed, no new signings, only striker we have is Rondon or continue with the prolific Gordon, Gray and McNeil....

A week and a half of the window left, many more clubs have jumped ahead of us last season, expect more this season. I think we need to rely on the PL having 3 worse teams than us, I don`t think there will be another Norwich or Watford so we could be bang in trouble.

If you’d asked me after Villa how many players we’d sign before Forest I’d have said two, maybe three if we’re lucky, one at least. Zero would’ve been a long shot but by jove they’ve done it.

Regarding Elmas

Looks a technically decent footballer, based on the video I just saw he cant shoot, but has good close control.

We need a playmaker as well as a striker, he, if true and well scouted could be the answer, heartened by the signing of Onana that we can actually look outside of our league.

Surely theyd be interested in him, could use some of the fee to pay his wages

The two inside forwards are the playmakers really with wing backs pushing on.

Still prefer a 5-2-1-2 personally, two sttikers with a 10 linking, but you need real athletic and quality wing backs for htat.
