With dele and Gordon looking to be out the door and with wolves bringing in nunes, can see Gibbs-white potentially becoming available again and making another move for him. We’re going to need 4 attacking players, we already need 2 and then dele and Gordon need replacing. It’s going to a fun couple of weeks.

….I hear the links to the likes of Maupay but how positive it would be if we bring in a striker with the same profile as Onana. It would really be a statement of things to come from the Lampard/Thelwell partnership.

Would Maupay be that bad if he was essentially the third striker? So if we were to sign a versatile forward as well with a Richarlison profile. If he is it then yes that would be underwhelming but he would be a big upgrade on Rondon
